Because for small children, play IS learning. What looks like just plain fun to us grown-ups is exactly what helps children grow strong minds, imaginations, and bodies. As a certified child care provider, I am able to offer the friendly, small environment of a family child care home with an adult-to-child ratio better than many centers.I operate a state-certified family child care home. I'm proud to say that this means I have met the state of Oregon's highest regulations for family child care. I've also chosen to go through the National Association of Family Child Care's (NAFCC) accreditation process, and I meet higher national health, safety, and quality standards than many other programs.
